2. What are the guidelines to using the printables?

We’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating our printables and hope you enjoy them. Our printables are for personal or classroom use only. You’re not allowed to commercially sublicense, resell, share, transfer, redistribute or modify in any other way.

You may post photos on your personal blog or social media, provided that Happy Play Box is properly attributed in the post by name with either a link to www.happyplaybox.com, or by tagging @happyplaybox or #happyplaybox.

3. How are the products packaged?

All books and other products are packed inside polymailer bags with bubble wrap protection for delivery. Should you require gift wrapping service, we charge a fee of SGD2.00 per wrapper used. Please email us at hello@happyplaybox.com to advise us on the exact requirements and we will quote accordingly.

4. What payment methods do you accept? 

We prefer payment via PayNow and bank transfer to save on PayPal fees. However, customer must make payment and notify us at hello@happyplaybox.com within 12 hours from order submission, otherwise the order will be considered void. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference and email us upon payment. Your order will not be delivered until the funds have cleared in our account.

We also accept credit card payments via PayPal’s secure transaction platform should you wish to do so.

5. How will the products be delivered? 

All products will be sent via local courier determined by Happy Play Box. Customer must ensure that the name, address and telephone number of the recipient are entered correctly and complete when placing orders with us. If your package is going to a workplace, please include the company name so that it arrives promptly. Couriers can only be delivered to a non-PO Box address within Singapore. All couriers require signature receipts upon delivery. Please ensure that the courier address provided will have someone available throughout the day. Delivery at specific hours is chargeable at additional fees and will be quoted upon request. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, you may be advised to do self collection and we will refund you the paid delivery, if any, but this is provided we have not made any delivery attempt.

We will not be responsible or liable for any non-delivery or refund due to incorrect mailing details provided. Re-delivery and repacking are chargeable at additional fees and will be quoted upon request.

6. How much does delivery cost? 

Simply add your items to cart and the delivery fees will be shown before you check out.

7. Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver within Singapore.

8. What is the lead time for order processing and delivery?

Customer will receive an automated order confirmation email upon placing order via our website. Please check your spam email folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the order confirmation email, please email us at hello@happyplaybox.com to verify your order.

All orders will be processed and packed within 2-3 working days once payment is received. Courier will then pick up the goods after items are ready and complete delivery within the following 3 working days. It might take longer if an address is categorised as out of delivery area by the courier provider, which may take 3 to 5 working days. Please also expect longer lead times and delayed delivery during peak seasons such as 11.11 sale, festive periods etc.

Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays and store closure days.

9. Who can I contact for non-delivered goods?

Notify us at hello@happyplaybox.com if you do not receive your products within 8 to 9 working days after payment has been made. We will not be responsible or liable for any non-delivery or refund due to incorrect mailing details provided.

10. What is your return policy?

We hope you like our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free and easy returns within 7 days after delivery for goods.

Kindly make sure your item is returnable with the following checklist:
• Within 7 days of receipt
• Online invoice available
• Original packaging
• Items in the box are in original condition, with original packaging intact

To return, please notify us at hello@happyplaybox.com before returning the items. We reserve the rights to decline any return deemed unwarranted. Kindly note that goods mailed to us are at your own expense and risk, therefore we would recommend using a registered or trackable courier service. We reserve the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our premise.
